Agent was very helpful, willing to go the extra mile.
Up to this point I was completely satisfied ??, my A/C went out on my car, I took it to Pepboys, who failed to summit proper forms, repaired my A/C and because due to negligence Endurance forfeited leading me with a bill that caused me to miss 2 days of work, I lnow Pepboys was irresponsible, but my complant with Endurance they didn't allow this to be made right, it was two days later before Pepboys emailed me the paper work witch was still incorrect, but done.
