May 31st 2023 at 2:30 p.m. I signed up for coverage for my 2004 Honda Odyssey van the customer who I spoke to was kind she explained everything I actually spent 2 hours and 54 minutes on the phone because I asked so much questions. I talk to ********* and ****** today. ********* was very helpful. ****** was thorough. She gave me information I should’ve gotten when I applied for the endurance warranty contract she specified they should’ve informed me of my need to have my mileage exact and not an estimate or a guesstimate had I known that my coverage for my pass claim would wouldn’t have been denied, she gave me great insight into endurance warranty coverage. After I had explain to him what the problem was he pulled up my account and within 10 minutes or less the problem was taken care of, and he done it in a very professional manner.
Great Customer Service experience, just recently got Endurance so it a little too soon to know the end and outs to speak on.
