Endurance was there when my transmission went out, I really am happy with the service.
It took 48 minutes on hold for the dealer's service manager to finally speak with an Endurance representative which was too long. Then he was told that Endurance would not pay the dealer's full hourly service rate so we had to make up that difference of several hundred dollars in addition to paying our Endurance deductible. The shop I get my work done at, ****'s Alignment, handles everything with you, Endurance, and I don't have to do anything. Love it!

Good people to talk too. Also available when I call. Good rate for what you get. Havent used yet but it is good peace of mind.
I have as yet had to use the service. So as far as that aspect goes I can't say. One thing that I can say is that it is nice that one does not have to go through a robo list of options on the phone to actually talk to representative. My last service provider did not actually handle or own the warranty company but farmed it out to another.
