I had a great experience with ******* today and she answered all of my questions and made sure that roadside assistance had my policy info because when I called the number on my policy they could not find my policy and she wanted to make sure that didnt happen again. She took time to explain everything that I had questions about and emailed me multiple repair shops in my area that I could take my car to. Ive had nothing but great experiences with all the reps thus far.
