I called in for clarify of my extended warranty contract and was enlightened about a maintenance pkg I neglected to use. I am grateful to rep for bringing this to my attention. Agent was friendly and helpful, did all that she should do. However, setting up the roadside assistance was totally ridiculous. I was on the phone for an hour to get a tow. The driver took less time than the phone call
