Unfortunately I had to call in to cancel. I spoke with *** and she was wonderful, she listened to what I had to say and gave me great advice. I'm still in the probationary period. This review is on the customer ********************** since I haven't used the service as of yet. I was going to cancel my plan to go with the dealer warranty, but *** was very helpful in explaining the warranty coverage and how it would benefit me since I still have my manufacturer warranty for a little while.
