The agent was very helpful. He is attempting to get me a refund when a different agent sold me a duplicate policy. This agent was kind and understanding.
I purchased a policy then canceled within the 1st 30 days because I found a better deal with Nova Warranty, but had I not found them, I would have gone with Endurance. I spoke with **** when canceling my policy, and he was respectful and courteous the whole time and made a retention offer that was pretty good, but I still elected to stay with the other company because it was a little bit better deal.
