I previously had @###$$%%^Car Shield, and had nothing but run around and denials!!! Endurance covered my issue with no problems! Maybe that's why Car Shield has an F rating from the BBB, they take you money but don't pay!!!
Only had to use the warranty plan once since taken out around two years ago but it was great so far. Hoping to not have to use it anymore but who really knows in these days and time.
Very happy with the sales rep I spoke with. Seemed to be knowledgeable and thorough in getting ** signed up.However, I plan to call Endurance over a concern I have after reading the contract that was emailed to us.I was told that our contract covered all electronic components, ie dash board instrument panel, navigation, audio system, seats, moon roof controls, etc.I am afraid it is not as complete a coverage as was represented to **** will give you a call.Thanks ***********************
