James **** was an extremely nice but at the same time professional. I have Lyme disease and he didn’t know it and he was very patient and kind. Later in the conversation I told him about my medical problems and how I appreciated his patience and kindness. This is a man that should be acknowledged for his professionalism and his kindness along with his knowledge of the company. He is truly an asset to your company and should be compensated somehow! Great company. They replaced a transmission twice in my old **** Truck. The first one went bad and I didn't have to pay another deposit.
