I am giving five stars STRICTLY for the rep that I spoke to, Miss GiGi. Before I was able to speak to her, I was transferred to a specialist that was awful. I told him several times that I was only looking to cancel but he insisted on having a conversation with me, after I told him I did not want to have a conversation, on why endurance is the best company over any other company in the United States.
