Overall the service has been great. I have not had any issues with the extended warranty company at all. My only issues have been with the dealership itself. Everyone affiliated with this company has been more than helpful. No problems with claims, no hassles or intimidating representives. Great service thus far.
I have had my warranty with endurance for a little under a year and have already paid off a huge amount for me and my husband on our policy.. endurance has great costumer service and good feedback with there customers.. I rate them 5 stars..

Although I haven't had to make a claim yet, I can highly recommend Endurance Warranty Services based solely on their customer service. From my first call to set up service to my recent interaction when I had some questions, I always get fast, friendly assistance from the employees of Endurance. I am certain when the time comes to have warranty work done on my vehicle I can expect the same excellent service as I've received so far.
First let me say that initially my call to Endurance was to have them place my number on the "Do Not Call List." This was because I had inquired on Endurance's website, started a quote after to speaking with a representative but hadn't completed everything because more information was needed. Justen was very patient and forthcoming when I proposed my questions about the coverage. When I called I had concerns about the administrator in particular. After our conversation, I feel that Justen and Endurance will work to solve an. y issues that may arise. He worked to make sure I was satisfied with the coverage that I received.
