I had a misunderstatnd with a rental car while mine was being repaired the service i received was top of the line with support to my concern thanks to sales rep Martin with Endurance Warranty Services.
I talked to eddie ***** and he was very professional, i got all my needs met. promptly .
My experience with the dealership was terrible but I called Endurance and spoke with Eddie ***** to get some clarity on the situation. Eddie was able to solve all my issues and get my claim pushed through. He is the only person I will call in the future if my car breaks down. I am very happy with his service and Endurance. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy.
Eddie ********* at Endurance was able to solve a problem I was dealing with for the past month. He provided excellent customer service and used creativity to come up with an acceptable solution that the 9 other people, and the dealership I dealt with, were unable to do. Matt ******* was a phenomenal representative for Endurance. His knowledge of the products, communication skills, speed at handling the order was incredible. Rare to find such individuals like him anymore. Sadly, he'll probably be moved up the ladder and out of customer service.
