I was finally able to reach a young woman who was of immense help. For medical reasons I needed to cancel my warranty insurance. I was extremely lucky to connect with *****************************,Customer ********************** Representative. The last person I'd spoken to said nothing about needing to fill out a cancellation form and she tried for twenty minutes to get me to keep the insurance. Anytime I have a question, their customer ********************** is on point and thoroughly provides the answers I need. The policy has been well worth it and highly recommend this service over any warranty offered at a dealership.
I have not used the benefits yet, but so far, so good. If there is an event to prompt a change for better or worse, I will repost.
Most of the representatives are knowledgeable & polite but every once in a while you'll get someone who is rude & unprofessional..Over all so far a thumbs up just was a little confused about getting a rental when my vehicle was in the shop.
