I was tempted to leave Endurance and go back to CAR SHIELD, about a month ago I needed a tow and it took about two hours to get a truck, unacceptable! I just tried to hold off and called today about a problem and I spoke to a ***** lady I believe her name was ******* and she was kind courteous and very professional which made me realize Im going to stay with Endurance
No problem they have me covered I have faith they will take care of my truck
I called ahead of having the needed work done on the car to see what would be covered, since my last experience only had $108 paid toward an &**** ****!******* was extremely polite, professional and courteous as I learned that of the new estimate that was still required, only $300 of the $1000 would be covered! My question then to ******* was to please help me justify the monthly cost of $159 for this policy that obviously couldve been spent to help me cover the previous $2100!!
