The Rep i talked to today on June/10/2022 was so helpful and Pleasant and knowledgeable helped me so much and explained exactly what was wrong with my truck he is really a great person to talk to and explain exactly what it was I needed I would higher him or tell anyone that is the man to talk to that work for Endurance.

The customer ********************** agents are really knowledgeable and nice. They really know their stuff! No hold times was nice and instructions for my first claim were pretty simple. So far so good!
I just purchased an extended warranty, advantage plus with Endurance. After I read the policy, I wanted to add on coverage for seals and gaskets. I spoke with a very nice lady, ******, who explained everything to me. She was very knowledgeable and efficient and made sure I was satisfied with the policy. Its very refreshing to receive excellent customer ********************** during these difficult times.
