Very kind and explanatory. I called billing ***** because my premium was $10.00 more than last month. ****** explained it was because now my 36 months were paid in full. I had no idea. But I still have 2 more years on my policy. Paid in full! That was nice to hear. Also, I might add, this year my electric window stopped working. That is s very expensive fix. In the thousands! Bit it was totally covered. Minus deductible. All I can say is it only takes one thing to go wrong, and it was covered. ( Electrically)
I call Endurance today ********************* was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I called in for and she helped me with no problem at all. She has made my experience very good and Im satisfied with her service 10 stars for me for *********************.

********************* was very helpful in cancelling my contract. She did, however try to keep me as a customer, but I am not willing to change my mind.
