Called C/S and spoke with them about signing up the previous day and wanted to make a change to the policy. He sent me to ****** who is an account specialist. We spoke for an hour about the company and the plan I got and the changes I needed to make it work for my vehicle and my budget. ****** was awesome!!!!! After getting my contract, I had a ton of questions. I called customer ********************** and they were able to answer all of my questions in a fast friendly manner and went out of their way in providing me with additional info. On this call I would rate my experience as a 5 out of 5.
Wait time was a bit long but **** was very knowledgeable and helpful.
My experience from the beginning has been top 5 of my list of experiences overall in a long time. Everyone here friendly, helpful, and most of all, no pressure. I spoke with ****** today who further explained my policy to make sure I was having the right coverage for my vehicle. I would highly recommend this company for extended warranty coverage on your vehicle.
After speaking to 2 other reps and on hold over 50 minutes, ***** was WONDERFUL and solved my issue in less than 10 minutes!! You need more employees like him who CARE and get problems solved!!
