The policy has been well worth it and highly recommend this service over any warranty offered at a dealership.

Most of the representatives are knowledgeable & polite but every once in a while you'll get someone who is rude & unprofessional..Over all so far a thumbs up just was a little confused about getting a rental when my vehicle was in the shop.
The gentlemen that help me was professional and knowledgeable. So, refreshing. He educated me on my policy and walked me through all the questions asked. Excellence.
