First time being a business manager for my sons football team I made a mistake and left out a child. Even though my order was already done they printed out another label so we could place it on the trophy so that child will still receive their trophy at the same time as everyone else. They could have easily been like nope can't do send it back when you get it but, they came up with a easy solution to the problem I really appreciate that .
