Ordered a set of five various colored and weighted gel filled medicine balls on Nov 27th. Was informed contents would arrive in two packages. Sure enough both packages arrived Dec 2nd. Everything as ordered and in brand new condition. Will be looking to shop using Epic Sports again. With their handling of this bulky package in a timely manner gives me confidence they know customer service.
