1/2 body exam. Burned off several spots in face and hands. Dr answered several questions I had about other options for skin care.

She prescribed all steroids which I don’t really need .i don’t have any serious condition to use steroids.they charged so much .not happy with this doctor I am not having follow-up check again

I got to the office 10 minutes early and then waited over 20 minutes to go in. Once I was in the patient room, a nurse did a 30 second review and then left. Then I waited over 35 minutes with no one coming in to check on me or update me on what was the delay. Dr. Li came in and blamed being short staffed and then complained about them not getting the update photos needed.
