It is a pleasure to use this office. The personnel are exceptional. They provide great customer service. The medical staff is top-notch. They are willing to answer any questions and explain everything in detail. Dr. Lucy Li is outstanding in every way. Congratulations to the Frisco Office for being one of the very best!

Great service , Dr. Li , checked and explained what she was going to do, she froze 3spots that were improving but need to be froze again . The front desk was friendly and helpful . Checking out is fast and all the staff are friendly, nice and helpful.

I felt the nurse that put me in the exam room was wonderful. I felt the doctor treated me as a nuisance. She treated me well but NO communication and NO after care instructions. Better bedside manner needed. I understand she is busy but..,.,
