I had an appointment for a follow up to previous procedure . They did another procedure and hopefully this one will cure the problem.

1/2 body exam. Burned off several spots in face and hands. Dr answered several questions I had about other options for skin care.

She prescribed all steroids which I don’t really need .i don’t have any serious condition to use steroids.they charged so much .not happy with this doctor I am not having follow-up check again

I got to the office 10 minutes early and then waited over 20 minutes to go in. Once I was in the patient room, a nurse did a 30 second review and then left. Then I waited over 35 minutes with no one coming in to check on me or update me on what was the delay. Dr. Li came in and blamed being short staffed and then complained about them not getting the update photos needed. I arrived at 10:30 was still sitting in lobby at 11:30 appointment was at 11am. My husband had to go up to desk to ask how much longer, and o ly than did they call me Went to room and sat for another 10 to 15 mins. When Dr Li bothered to show up she wad very unhelpful and was rushing out the door while giving abrupt and short answers to my questions. I am very unhappy with the whole experience and probably will not go back.

Line too long to get checked in and people who are checking out just come out the door and hop in the line right in front of you. If the people are needing to get on line when they check out they need to fall in the proper order
