Waiting time was minimal, staff was friendly. Dr was polite and helpful
Check in was done previously online, office check in was quick, called a few minutes later and ushered directly into an exam room. A few minutes later Dr. Kerner came in and completed exam. Checked out but no followup appointment given. All in all a very, very good experience.
