Was seen on 06/10/2026 by James Kerner. First a few patients were very upset that appointments were set for a certain hour and had a hour wait in the waiting room still. A lady got up very upset and left! When I was called in I was still seated in the back waiting room for 32 minutes. Once called into a room the doctor went in within 5 minutes. I told him my primary doctor wanted to see if I had Eczema or Psoriasis, and my Rheumatologist wanted me to be checked for Psoriatic arthritis. Doctor Kerner looked at my hands not ev... read more

The wait times are absurdly disrespectful. Leave work a half and hour early (pto), only to sit there for :50 minutes before I’m seen. It’s always like this and must be an acceptable part of the culture there. “Wait almost an hour for a 5 min appointment!” This is something your organization needs to work on.

Friendly, professional care
I was very disappointed in my appointment. I felt the doctor was rushed, condescending and dismissive. I asked questions that he never answered and left before I could ask again.

Dr was great but wait time was horrible. Waited over 1 hr for appointment
The doctor was very helpful and had a pleasant bed side manner. I wasnt just a number.
Shabby waiting room, disheveled reception area with food sitting near “sterile” syringes and viles, and a dirty exam room. advertising everywhere for cosmetic procedures instead of anything medically relevant or beneficial to a “patient”. I booked a mole exam, provider blew in before I knew it had razors out on a tray when I asked why he stated there were some moles he “didn’t like” and wanted to “take off”, without giving me the vaguest medical explanation.
