I always appreciate good customer and and I got it here. Each person I had contact with was warm and kind. As I was laying on the exam table, I mentioned to someone in the room, that the arm of the large light above my head was dirty. Down the whole length of the arm. It was distracting. She acknowledged my observation but didn't follow up with something such as, yes you're right we or I, or someone will get that cleaned.
