You got me right in when I called! Your staff was very courteous and friendly. I am not used to reading or working a tablet. I was not given any aftercare instructions! You took a biopsy put a bandaid on it and sent me on my way! When do I change the bandaid? What do I put on it? It took me longer to fill out paperwork than see the provider. She was very nice. The visit felt rushed as if they were running behind but there was only one other patient waiting in the waiting room. My daughter felt like she couldn't thoroughly convey what she was there for because she kept being interrupted. It seemed like the main goal was to just get us out of there.
