Provider was great and very thorough in her assessment. Provider also adequately addressed my concern and helped me feel comfortable. Staff were friendly and prompt. Facility is a bit dated and could use a renovation, but overall, I had a positive experience with my care and will continue to use their services.

I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room, and 30 minutes in exam room. It’s really difficult to sit on an exam table for that long without back support, so I opted to sit in the chair until they came in. My appointment was at 10:15. I was not late. I wasn’t seen until 11;15. Other than that, I like my doctor very much, and everything else was fine.

I rushed in traffic to get to my appointment on time, and i made it on time. However, i was made to wait quite a long time to be called into a room, and then made to wait longer again before the actual provider came in. My actual appointment lasted 7 minutes. Not acceptable on any level.
