I'm giving this location 3 stars solely because of the front desk experience. The doctor and medical assistant were beyond wonderful, and the dark-haired receptionist with glasses was extremely kind and trying her best under pressure. Unfortunately, the redheaded receptionist at the front desk was the rudest person ever. Both when checking in and checking out, she abandoned a massive line of waiting patients to go get coffee, leaving her coworker completely stranded.
