Everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. It made me feel very comfortable and confident that I made the right decision to come to you guys.
Your staff was excellent and very professional.
I was brought back quickly but waited for the doctor for a while and she spent at the most 5 minutes with me. She supposedly did a full body scan but it Was quick and not thorough. Very disappointing. Don’t feel like I had much of a visit. She was clearly in a hurry.

I felt super rushed the first time I was there. My appointment lasted about three minutes. This second time it was longer, but I still felt like I was being rushed. I guess you only give limited 15 minutes to each client however there was a few issues that I felt needed to be taken care of frozen off, and it was not offered. When I got home, I thought to myself I better make another appointment. Have those taken care of

Friendly staff. I was seen promptly and was very satisfied.
My guardian/mother was the spokesperson for me. I understand what is being said but unable to communicate in complete sentences.. Rachel gave a full explanation about my treatment but never addressed me personally. I would appreciate some interaction during my follow up visit in February.
The Doctor was very good at explaining that my spots were not anything to worry about. She was efficient and quick.
They listened to all of my concerns and were very thorough in addressing them. All of the staff were kind and respectful. Very happy with my experience overall.
