The MA (Bella) was very nice and respectful. As a clinical operations manager myself, I would want someone like Bella on my team. She made me feel comfortable and welcome! Rachel, NP was also very clear in her communication and put me at ease during my visit. She did not rush and took the time to explain things. The lady at checkout was also very kind and helpful. I did not catch her name though. Overall the visit went exceptionally well! Thank you Bella and Rachel!
