The team was super helpful and responsive.
The communication was excellent. Even when there was a hiccup in the process, Eric and his team were on it to get it fixed as soon as possible. We really appreciated the transparency throughout the entire process.

Erik was so awesome. We initially were going to refinance our previous home and had Erik working on that. Then we decided to sell it and move to a cooler climate. The seller’s market is so crazy now that we put offers in on 3 different homes requiring a loan approval each time and was even in escrow with one that fell out. Erik was super understanding and accommodating through all of this. Yesterday we moved into an amazing house thanks to Erik and his team.
