Eric’s communication throughout the transaction was excellent! I’ve not had a lender call me with updates on a regular basis, particularly when I am the listing agent and not the buyer’s agent. They provided us fist time buyers the guidance to ensure we got the loan we wanted and more importantly, get the loan in time for us to get the house during a time of uncertainty.
