We went through our second refi with Eric Murrietta and his team and couldn't be happier! It was truly stress free and was a very smooth process. I would recommend them to anyone.
Eric and his team - Courtney, Darryle, Keegan, Jessica and Jaime are awesome to work with. They respond to inquiries in a very timely manner, provide updates before you can ask and will call me to check-in at least once a week. Often upon returning home in the evenings I will send an email out to ensure I don't forget to send it, with the expectation of receiving a reply in the morning and they will answer that evening! I admit, I am not very knowledgeable in the whole refi process. I asked many questions. Not once did they make me feel silly for asking questions. With a lot of patience they made me sure I fully understood. From start to end they were amazing.
