Everything seemed to go well. There were 4 workers who basically did all the work. They did some preliminary work on the old shingles and flashing and then installed the radiant barrier synthetic underlayment and the fiberglass dimensional shingles. They also vented the roof properly.

Very good job. Stayed late to finish. Job manager came to pick up truck, checked yard and blew off driveways.

Great installation and clean up. Material is quality. We just had the wind storm for a centry Edith no damage to the roof.

We needed a new roof as ours was old. We got a few quotes from other companies as well as wirh Erie. Erie had what we felt was a much better product as well as better warranty. Our thought was one and done vs cheaper. The 2 guys that came ans did the estimate we very very though. We had a small leak i could not find, so they took over 30 min but they did find the leak, took pictures, and explained why it was happening. The sales rep was very nice and did an excellent job selling the product. We were told that the roofing team would be experienced and insured. That however was not the case. They were all no older than 20 except for 1 guy! There was also a language barrier as none of the workers spoke English.

Your representatives and workers were very good in what they did the sales rep told me about the product told me what would be done and how it work and what they'd have to do the men that came and put the roof on did their job the only break they took was for lunch they cleaned it up when they went to leave took all the scrap picked up things and then later on a rep came out and walked around my house as we looked at the roof and asked questions and answer them and I think they did a good job
