We needed a new roof as ours was old. We got a few quotes from other companies as well as wirh Erie. Erie had what we felt was a much better product as well as better warranty. Our thought was one and done vs cheaper. The 2 guys that came ans did the estimate we very very though. We had a small leak i could not find, so they took over 30 min but they did find the leak, took pictures, and explained why it was happening. The sales rep was very nice and did an excellent job selling the product. We were told that the roofing team would be experienced and insured. That however was not the case. They were all no older than 20 except for 1 guy! There was also a language barrier as none of the workers spoke English.

Your representatives and workers were very good in what they did the sales rep told me about the product told me what would be done and how it work and what they'd have to do the men that came and put the roof on did their job the only break they took was for lunch they cleaned it up when they went to leave took all the scrap picked up things and then later on a rep came out and walked around my house as we looked at the roof and asked questions and answer them and I think they did a good job

Complete service! From the free estimate to the after installation inspection we received the best service. Sean and Will were very informative and helpful providing us with all the information we needed to make our decision. Avery was awesome and got our materials ordered quickly and our roof installation scheduled within a week. The installation team operated like a well oiled machine! The turnaround time was really good. The crew worked well together and had the job done in one day, including cleanup. My roof looks great and will outlive me for sure!
