Erie Metal Roofers provided me with a near flawless experience as they replaced a 15 year roof with cumulative damage needing major repair at the baseboard level. Erie Home is an excellent company that is up front with what they find and give you options on its repair. They have very good workers that do their job and clean up the area after the installation is complete. I recommend this company to anyone needing improvements.
The gentlemen that came and have us the estimate were very professional! They were to answer all our questions. Erie kept us informed as to when the installation would be. The installers came when they were supposed to and were able to complete the installation in one day. The cleaned up all the debris and hauled it all away.
Everyone was great and the new roof is gorgeous! The only thing is they didn’t replace the roof over the porch and over the basement entrance. Said they could give us a name of someone that could paint it for us and would save us money. I feel like this was something that should have been given to us before the work was done. We now have two colors on our roof with no one to call to paint the metal. We have left several messages and no one calls us back.

Great experience overall. Very pleased with the roof, and everyone involved was professional and kind. It was more expensive than expected, but seems like a high quality product.
The sales men were great. They made sure we understand everything that they would be doing and everything we were signing. The installation guys made sure to keep my yard neat and cleaned everything up
