The service was very good, the workers was polite and professional. They kept me informed about what they were doing. They always informed me in advance when they were on their way, and they cleaned up when they left. I am very pleased with the work that was done.
I purchased a home built in 1951. It didn't take very long before torrential rain entered the basement causing havoc. A friend gave me Erie Home contact, which I called. A representative came out, spent quite a bit of time inspecting the basement, inside and out. My problem was caused from ground water. A crew of 4 men arrived last Wednesday, and worked diligently through Friday, to dig a trench inside th basement walls, on all 4 sides.
