Got a phone call to setup an inspection and estimate less than a minute after submitting a request. The inspectors were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough, and also not pushy. The demo and installation crew were the same. They kept me in the loop numerous times about what was going on, giving plenty of opportunity for questions.
