Great company that stands be the installation and will come out to address your concerns. The installation crew was great and explained the process as they went along.

I purchased a home built in 1951. It didn't take very long before torrential rain entered the basement causing havoc. A friend gave me Erie Home contact, which I called. A representative came out, spent quite a bit of time inspecting the basement, inside and out. My problem was caused from ground water. A crew of 4 men arrived last Wednesday, and worked diligently through Friday, to dig a trench inside th basement walls, on all 4 sides. 2 salesmen came to our house to look at our basement. They gave us a price to repair our basement and expected us to sign right there. You don't make a decision spending that kind of $$$ right there. The one salesman couldn't understand why my wife wouldn't sign right there. She basically had a panic attack because of the salesman not taking her response of I'm not signing anything tonight. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Will not be doing business with Erie.
