you can book a van, but then next day they are telling you that they are sold out and propose you 4 days rental instead of 20.. ridiculous
Worst customer service ever. Ruined our vacation. Flew across the country to have a camping road trip and the van is unsafe and shaking at highway speeds, and we can’t get to our camping sites or have a plan to get a different vehicle. We cannot reach anybody from the company, only roadside assistance who wants us to tell them where to tow it (we have no clue!!!). Employee at pickup didn’t know how to work the rooftop camper so we thought we’d be unable to use it. Very unprofessional. We’re out thousands of dollars.

My boyfriend and I have been trying to get in to contact with you for almost a month. We made a booking request and haven't heard any thing back despite multiple attempts of reaching out to you. Extremely disappointed and may have to look elsewhere if we don't hear back soon.
drove nice and pretty good on gas. the solar refrigerator drawer is nice, our van had a lot of little things wrong. cup holders broke and solar light was held in place with duct tape that only held for 1 day. burners on stove wouldn't stay on low only high. water tank wasn't cleaned and flushed before we got it so the fresh water we put in had stuff floating in it and the pop up awning was missing pins to put up so we couldn't use.
Request quote & officially booked a campervan. Never heard back from the company so I assumed we were settled in. A week later I called to verify & they said they'll email me a confirmation number the following Monday. I received a "declination email" instead. I'm a week out from my trip. Lack of communication & response from this company. I wish they contacted me sooner to make other arrangements.
