Escape Campervans has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My wife and I were trying to plan a honeymoon when COVID-19 hit and our options became quite limited. Working in the outdoor industry myself I’ve seen adventure rental companies at events that I’ve worked and did some research and found escape campervans. Everything looked great on paper. They leave people stranded and don’t honor their contracts
What an awful company, Rented my friends a van to go and attend a camping trip it broke down two days later and they are doing nothing for them and will not refund them any money they lost not only their vacation all their food and were left stranded, they told them to go rent a car !!!! WTF

This company completely ruined a delayed Honeymoon for my amazing friends. Their van broke down in Wyoming on the second day of their trip and the company isn't even offering a full refund. And gave them blood stained bedding to top it all off! Customer service is very important (now more then ever) Escape Campervans should do what is right or lose hundreds of potential customers. Make 100% sure you are covered and have a backup plan should you rent from them because they will leave you stranded.
