I was very impressed with the whole visit.
When I arrived, staff were waiting for me at the front desk to get ready with my appointment to check my fittings of my new retainers. I had a good conversation with staffer about my new appliances and review the do’s and don’ts with using the for 8-15 hrs per day to keep my teeth in place. Had a great appointment them and looking forward to additional appointments to complete the alignment process and cleaning in the future.
The demeanor in the office was amazing. Embarrassed about my situation but everyone there handled it with professionalism, I will have them get me back on track.
Very friendly folks, from check in, to hygienist and dentist. All were attentive, informative, and answered all questions.
