From the moment I walked in the door I knew this was going to be an exceptional experience. The greeting at the desk was friendly and professional. All four individuals at the front desk were engaged with either patients in person or on the phone. Based on my prior 30 years in management position, I understood exceptionalism when I saw it-and this establishment had customer service down pat!.
