From the moment I walked in the door I knew this was going to be an exceptional experience. The greeting at the desk was friendly and professional. All four individuals at the front desk were engaged with either patients in person or on the phone. Based on my prior 30 years in management position, I understood exceptionalism when I saw it-and this establishment had customer service down pat!. This was the most positive experience that I have ever had in a dentist's office. From the front desk to my hygienist, Jennifer, to Dr. Gentry, to the insurance counselor, and the office manager Tabitha, everything was done professionally, kindly, and efficiently. This office has a great feel and has great people. Don't change!!

At this visit, as with all others in the past, all staff I encountered was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have always been thoroughly informed by staff treating me about my procedures before and during the process as well as afterward regarding any followup. The same is true with front desk staff regarding assistance with scheduling and settlement of my account.
