Dr. Williams was wonderful. He was friendly, understanding and calm - because I was so nervous I was shaking. I appreciate his wonderful "bedside" manner. A couple things I would suggest: (1). After care instructions - written aftercare instructions would be wonderful. (2). Deductible amount - no one communicated my deductible amount; not when I made the appointment, not before the appointment, not when they called to verify I was coming to the appointment. Excellent office staff as well as every medical assistant I’ve encountered. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Cooper as his bedside manner is top notch, he listens and doesn’t rush a patent out and he is extremely kind. Professional group all the way!
