Delivery with dirty hands. White sectional stained! You would think a white 10,000. Sectional would be delivered with gloves? Waited months for it, refused it, don’t want it now! Update: Spoke with Dawn today. The sectional was put back in the truck unboxed therefore I requested a full refund. Dawn (the manager) said she can’t do that? Now I’m waiting for a call from Gina(another manager?) They don’t want the sectional back yet can’t understand why I don’t want it after it was transported unboxed. Not only because my bed came in broken and it is difficult to get anyone to respond, now I can see online that my dresser is available for delivery but no one has notified me and still no one answers the phone at the design center store. I have left 4 messages and no one has responded. I would not buy from Ethan Allen. They are very responsive as you purchase but not once they have your money.

Very disappointed. Bought the Lucy collection. Needed repairs. Still not satisfied. They refunded me $99. I was not looking for money I wanted someone to come look at my sofa. Very unhappy with quality and garden city store

My furniture arrived in no time my consultant decorator Donna Classi was amazing patient knowledgeable and all together so nice helped me so much witb my dates and adding other things to my theme I’m very happy it’s been a long time dream to get Ethan Allen furniture and specially buy the Lucy collection
