We had a trust drawn up by Suzanne Ettinger who was warm and patient and respectful and available for follow up questions via email immediately. I have suggested several friends give them a call.
Ettinger Law Firm has helped us through the years. We first went to a free dinner they gave & we learned how Medicaid can take a family home to pay for a loved one’s care. However, the house can stay in the family if it is put into a trust. Valuable information for us. In addition they have looked over our documents for free. Never pressuring. We read the emails they send which discuss a variety of informative & very helpful topics. We thank them for their help. Excellent law firm & wonderful people.
After going to one of Ettinger's presentations, my husband and I set up an appointment to talk about estate planning. We don't have any children so heirs needed to be considered plus we owned homes in 3 states which could be tricky and expensive to leave after our death. The meeting went very well. All of our concerns were addressed in ways that were easy to understand and trusts were set up.
