We attended several dinner presentations and office meetings before deciding to engage with Ettinger for our elder law consulting needs. Estate planning strategies, including creation of our trusts, probate avoidance and Medicaid asset planning, were all well explained and professionally handled. Unfortunately, the attorney assigned to our account has not reached out to perform the promised two-year, follow-up review of our circumstances and implement any necessary revisions.
