The lawyers at Ettinger Law Firm have been great. They answered all of our questions about trusts and life deeds and helped us through the process and paperwork for each. Plus, they were instrumental in helping us deal with a nursing home that wanted to take total control of a family member whose Parkinson's condition made it impossible for him to speak for himself. We have interviewed many other estate planning law firms but Ettinger is the best in our experience.
Set up our trust 15 years ago,
As one who thought a Will was sufficient, we went for our free consultation and it was an eye opener. Attorney Bonnie was excellent and there was absolutely no pressure. She answered our questions in language we could understand and brought to light items we had no idea could/would affect us.
We were very pleased with Ettinger Law firm and the Attorney we met with who helped us in recommending and setting up our Trust. We found the experience very informative and not high pressured to move forward when we felt we were ready.
