My first experience at Everbowl was a success. Having been to places that serve açaí bowls in the past I did have an idea of what I was getting into. However, there were a few things about Everbowl that has made it my favorite place. Two main reasons being 1. the flavor and 2. the portions. Greeted with a warm smile and friendly service... All the bowls looked delicious & I was able to taste several flavors and loved them all. The wood accents and signage were modern and clean. I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and can definitely see myself meeting clients here in the near future. The ingredients were all fresh and flavorful. Truth be told, I'm not a huge fan of smoothie bowls or smoothies in general. That being said, I would definitely go out of my way to get myself a Full Moon bowl from Everbowl. The Full Moon bowl literally tastes like a sinful dessert! Featuring Cacao Wow, vanilla, granola, fruit (strawberry and banana), and sprinkled with cacao nibs, I was so surprised at how much I enjoyed this bowl! Loved the fact that I got an invite to Everbowl as a Yelp Elite. My daughter and I always test out açaí bowls wherever we go. For some reason they never seem to be good in Colorado. I am happy to say that Everbowl is the best we've found here. Finally, we have a local place to get our açaí on! Service was also good and pretty speedy but they didn't hurt the aesthetics of the beautiful bowl as you can see in the pics.

I'm normally one to just stay home and make myself a smoothie bowl, but there is no way I could make this type of bowl. The texture is unreal and so creamy! I tried the Full Moon bowl and was very happy with my decision. I want to come back and try their Pina colada bowl. Service was speedy and helpful with which option we should try.

I only learned that Everbowl was an AAPI owned establishment in the Denver area thanks to Mile High Asian Food Week. I really like the limited bowls that they have for special occasions. I ordered the Butterfly fusion because it had lychee and pandan. I really like that Everbowl finds unique ways to incorporate Asian flavors into their chia bowls that they create. So fresh! So good! I was able to sample a bunch of the bases and landed on the seasonal bowl called Butterfly Pitaya. I loved it. My husband went for the Nutty Buddy. It has 56 grams of protein in it but it's pretty caloric and high in fat. Staff was fun and friendly.
