Service was god awful. Just went in to order a bowl, paid and tipped the gentleman that was working. The moment I walked out, I heard him yell "get the f*** out of my store!". Unbelievable. The guy barely acknowledged me and mumbled accepting my order so I tipped him $1. He didn't even deserve that! Good service = good tip. Maybe start with hiring people that make you feel welcomed when walking into your establishment.
Sorry to say, but my last experience was a bad experience. I wanted to do an açaí catered event, but the manager, after speaking with my team, never followed up with the information she promised. My team contacted her again; no response. So we ordered bowls to pick up and to my surprise, they were all premade and frozen. The taste of the food was actually great but let's get real, my bowl was 2/3 full and it costs $12. I had to go home & eat dinner cause it was so small. Concept is good but the price is outrageous for what you get.

I hate to deflect, but I really hated their açaí bowl, I couldn't even finish from how sweet it tasted. Felt like pure syrup... Amazing marketing lousy product.... I'm from Brazil so definitely know how açaí tastes like.... Pretty expensive for a bad product.
Ok had high hopes this place is not Rush Bowl or even same ball park the açaí is just thick and sweet hard like ice cream sweet like candy store not the health stop your looking for at all the bananas and strawberry's those are good ate those right up you want a great bowl Rush Bowl and I'm not affiliated I just live near by one
