I only learned that Everbowl was an AAPI owned establishment in the Denver area thanks to Mile High Asian Food Week. I really like the limited bowls that they have for special occasions. I ordered the Butterfly fusion because it had lychee and pandan. I really like that Everbowl finds unique ways to incorporate Asian flavors into their chia bowls that they create. So fresh! So good! I was able to sample a bunch of the bases and landed on the seasonal bowl called Butterfly Pitaya. I loved it. My husband went for the Nutty Buddy. It has 56 grams of protein in it but it's pretty caloric and high in fat. Staff was fun and friendly.
This place is incredible. The staff has been so kind and catering with providing samples and answering any questions we had. All of the bases are dairy free and gluten free. Seriously the best açaí bowls we've ever had. We came back the next day because we loved it so much :)

So happy there's an Everbowl near me! Their acai bowls are next level!! I love creating my own bowl, or my go to is the Blue Lagoon! Staff is so friendly and the store is always clean and tidy! If you haven't been here you're missing out!
delicious!! Run don't walk.... this is the closest thing I've had to an acai bowl in Hawaii.

I went to their grand opening where they were giving away 300 free bowls. They did a good job managing the crowd and the line. The grand opening had some giveaways and coupons which I appreciated because I definitely want to come back. I've been to the other Everbowl and really liked it, and so I have gone sporadically here and there. The food is good and fresh. But.. it took 20 minutes for the girl to make out bowls cuz she was on FaceTime with her friken boyfriend the whole time. Like how unprofessional.
