EverDry was great to work with, from start to finish. The salesman, Andy, who came out to look at our basement and discuss options was helpful and did a great job of explaining the pros/cons of options. Juan (foreman) and the crew that did the work were fantastic! Juan was so helpful, walking me through each step of the process and making sure I had all questions answered. Everdry has been extremely thorough, professional and hands on from start to finish. Andrew was an informative and knowledgeable salesman who described the unique option to waterproof both the outside of our home and inside of our basement. Highly recommend! The communication before and during was great. They kept me updated every step of the way. Cody took me on several walkthroughs and explained clearly what was being done. The Crew of 4, Juan and Manni are the ones I interacted with the most. They were great putting in the drain tile system. All hard working. They've done a great job keep me posted on the process and for any problems that came up. Got it done within 3 days. I'm impressed with their work, did a great job no complaints.

I called EverDry. I told the person who ansered the phone that I work from home. I have a few minutes to show the person around, show him/her the basement, etc. When they are done, I will have about 5 to 10 minutes to talk. They can leave booklets, pamphlets, papers, a quote, whatever they have. I asked her if EverDry was ok with this. She said yes.When the salesman arrived (they don't send out an engineer to your house) he didn't know about it and was unhappy with it.
