Everdry was very professional from the time of the sales approach all the way through to completion of the project. They offered several walk-throughs mid-project to show me where they were working and what they were doing. They protected the yard from foot traffic, they preserved plants I asked to be saved, covered my belongings with plastic, and they took my feed back regarding the best spots to put pipes and runoff as it affected not only me, but my neighbors water levels. We had work done a few years ago. Everything is working out wonderfully. Our sales experience was great. He was very knowledgeable. The technicians arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. It wasn't an easy job either. They cleaned everything up before leaving. I am enjoying not having to sweep water out of my basement every time it rains. I'm able to actually put items on the floor vs. on a skid, with out worry. Efficient and friendly. Juan’s crew were great to work with. He walked through the steps, showed up on time and cleaned up when they left. It’s important to know they are not landscapers in any way, had to redo the landscaping cloth and rocks.

We are the best darned waterproofers in the business with the best lifetime transferrable warranty. And even though we don't often use excavators, we dig mostly with shovels...and even though we really, REALLY try to treat these homes like they are our parents and grandparents...there is still, sometimes, an amount of work for the homeowner to do after we've left.
