Just a service call today. Kevin and his cohort (didn't catch his name) came out during some "weather" here, and put in a 2nd outtake pipe for my sump pump, since it malfunctioned a few weeks ago. Efficient and cheerful despite having to work outside. Good to see the company honoring it's warranty in such a timely manner, and sending 2 excellent staff to address my issues!

Everdry was very professional from the time of the sales approach all the way through to completion of the project. They offered several walk-throughs mid-project to show me where they were working and what they were doing. They protected the yard from foot traffic, they preserved plants I asked to be saved, covered my belongings with plastic, and they took my feed back regarding the best spots to put pipes and runoff as it affected not only me, but my neighbors water levels. We had work done a few years ago. Everything is working out wonderfully. Our sales experience was great. He was very knowledgeable. The technicians arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. It wasn't an easy job either. They cleaned everything up before leaving. I am enjoying not having to sweep water out of my basement every time it rains. I'm able to actually put items on the floor vs. on a skid, with out worry.
