RecommendedMy favorite of all the gyms I’ve been a member of. Super clean, light, bright and the nicest front desk crew in town! Very good selection of weight machines and cardio equipment and a downstairs area with weights. I think it’s a good value and demonstrates the advantages of a smaller gym. It’s my happy place!

Recommended10x better then 24 Hour Fitness, Planet Fitness and Crunch. The classes BFC has are incredible from Amanda's high intensity to her spin classes I fell in love. If you're looking for instructors that will push you and encourage you this is definitely the gym for you..👌💯💦

I love the people I work out with, the new workout machines, the mini saunas at the ladies room, and the whole renovation they did to make this gym more welcoming!
